We have room for 50 people. Most of us our sole traders, but the office also suits groups of two and three.
Milk Studios is perfect for businesses wishing to expand slowly. When people are ready to take on an employee or partner, they just rent another desk. If somebody comes in to work just occasionally, they can simply rent the hot-desk.
The fifty tenants are spread over five floors, and there are no more than 13 desks on any one floor. On an average day, each floor has five or six people working, creating a nice hum, but not too much noise to concentrate. We have quiet corners for writers.
